"I had a leak in the room above, water came through the ceiling and this lead to one of the down lighters not working properly anymore. We were a bit nervous about electrocuting ourselves and therefore called Arcs & Sparks Electricians. So they came and sorted out our down lighters problem. They then also fixed an outside light on the back of the house which had been inaccessible without a long ladder. Louise from Arcs & Sparks has been really good. She explained everything, told us when the electricians would show up etc. Arcs & Sparks did a good job, they were quick, cheap and friendly and everything you would expect from a good local business. I then contacted them again last week to do a job for my mum. My mum had night storage heaters taken out and the company who did that for her aren’t local. We thought they would replace the sockets with access sockets because they were on Economy7 (so the sockets would only have worked if you would use them after midnight)! But they didn’t so Arcs & Sparks came in and converted those for us. Great service."

"I recently bought a new cooker which they connected for me. They checked the wiring and voltage was adequate before they started and issued me with a certificate once the job was complete specifying what they had done. They even levelled the cooker for me afterwards! Although delayed on a previous job they telephoned to let me have their estimated time of arrival so I did not have to sit around waiting for them. Extremely polite and friendly. I was impressed to see they wore overshoes over their boots to protect my flooring.
